Our Vision
Our ambition is for EzzatWorld to become a trusted starting point for people building, renovating and finishing homes in Tanzania.
A place to start
Our ambition is that, when someone in Tanzania thinks about building, renovating or finishing a home, EzzatWorld is a place they can turn to for help understanding where to begin.
We want customers to spend less time piecing together conflicting advice and more time making choices they understand—connecting their ideas and budget with suitable products, a clear quotation and the services their project needs.
Earn trust through useful work
This is the direction we are working towards. It is not a claim that the website already manages every stage of a building project or supplies every product and trade.
We intend to grow from what the business can deliver today, learn from customer enquiries and feedback, and add services and technology as they prove useful. Trust should come from accurate information, clear responsibilities and keeping the commitments we make.
