Terms of Service
Effective: · Version 1.0
Terms for using EzzatWorld, requesting sanitary products or finishing services, and agreeing quotations with Ezzat Company Limited.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
EzzatWorld is the public brand and website of Ezzat Company Limited. We help customers understand, select and plan products and services for building, renovation and finishing. These terms cover use of the website and enquiries, quotation requests and order requests submitted through it.
The current online product catalogue focuses on sanitary products. Service pages describe areas you may discuss with our team. The availability, scope, responsible provider and price of a particular product or service must be confirmed for your project.
2. Requests come before a confirmed sale
Submitting an enquiry, quotation list or order request asks the team to review your requirements. A reference or receipt confirms that a request has been received; it does not confirm stock, reserve a product, accept a sale or guarantee a delivery date.
Before you commit, the team must confirm the products or work, quantities, specifications, availability, full price, delivery arrangements and any applicable conditions. A sale or service booking proceeds only after those details are agreed with you. A quotation request itself creates no obligation to buy.
3. Prices, quotations and payment
Displayed product prices are in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). The team will confirm the final quotation, including whether tax is included, delivery charges and any installation or other agreed costs. Where a product is marked Price on request, ask for a quotation. The website does not establish a universal tax or free-delivery rule.
Any quotation validity period, deposit, payment method and payment deadline must be stated in the quotation or written agreement. Online payment is not currently enabled on this website. Do not send payment PINs or credentials through the enquiry form or assistant.
If a displayed price or specification is incorrect, the team should explain the correction before you accept the quotation. You may decline the corrected offer. Changes to an already agreed transaction must be discussed with you and remain subject to your legal rights.
4. Product choices and project information
Provide accurate contact details, quantities, measurements, location and requirements so the team can review your request. Product photographs and descriptions help you compare options; confirm the exact model, finish, dimensions, compatibility and included parts before purchase.
Ask Ezzat helps you find published website information. Its answers do not confirm a quotation, certify suitability, authorise payment or replace a qualified professional's assessment of plumbing, electrical, structural or other site requirements. Ask the team to clarify anything that affects your purchasing decision.
5. Services, suppliers and fundis
A service request starts a discussion about the work you need. It does not promise full project management or make every supplier or fundi a company employee. Some supply, delivery, installation or site work may involve a partner.
Before work begins, agree who provides it, who is responsible for each part, the scope and exclusions, materials, price, timing and any required site assessment. The team should explain dependencies on suppliers, stock, site conditions or partner availability. A partner's involvement does not remove obligations or rights that apply under law.
6. Delivery and inspection
Delivery charges, destination, access arrangements and timing are agreed for the specific order. A general website enquiry does not include a guaranteed delivery date or free delivery. Tell the team about access restrictions or other relevant site conditions before confirming arrangements.
Check the supplied products against the agreed order and report damage, shortages or a mismatch to the team as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the order reference and useful photographs. Where practical, clarify a problem before installation so it can be assessed. This does not impose a fixed reporting deadline or remove statutory remedies.
7. Changes, returns, refunds and warranty
Contact the team if you need to change or cancel a request. For an agreed purchase or service, ask for the applicable cancellation, return, refund and warranty conditions before committing, including any special-order or installation conditions.
The website does not set a blanket no-refund rule or promise a warranty period for every product. Faulty goods, misdescription, incomplete work and other complaints must be considered under the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. These website terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Using the website responsibly
Use the website and forms for genuine enquiries. Do not submit deceptive information, attempt to access another person's records, misuse request references, interfere with the website or upload material you are not entitled to share. You may use published product and service information to consider your project; commercial reuse of company content requires permission where applicable.
Your personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are intended for the company's Tanzanian operations and are subject to applicable Tanzanian law. Raising a concern with the company does not prevent you from using a competent regulator, court or other remedy available under law.
10. Changes to these terms
The effective date and version appear above. Updated website terms apply to subsequent website use and new requests. A later website update does not by itself change the terms of a transaction already agreed with you.
