How Ezzat Company Limited handles contact details, project enquiries, order requests and information shared through EzzatWorld.

1. Who handles your information

EzzatWorld is the public brand and website of Ezzat Company Limited. This policy covers information handled through the website when you explore products, request advice or a quotation, or submit an order request. Our purpose is to help people building, renovating or finishing their homes make informed choices before buying.

2. Information you provide

Quotation and project enquiries ask for your name, email address, phone number and message. Your message may include a project location, service requirements, budget or measurements. A product quotation list also includes selected products, quantities and any displayed prices.

An order request includes contact details, product selections and a delivery address, including location and any delivery instructions you choose to provide. We record request references, processing status and the time you accept the terms so the team can follow up and avoid duplicate requests.

Share only information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, payment PINs, health information or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form or assistant. If you share someone else's details, make sure you are entitled to do so.

3. How we use it

We use enquiry and order details to understand your requirements, contact you, review product availability, prepare or discuss a quotation, agree the scope of a service and coordinate an agreed order. Records also help us resolve questions, manage duplicate submissions and handle customer support.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a response about that enquiry. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Where consent is required for a separate use, it must be obtained separately.

4. Ask Ezzat and WhatsApp

Ask Ezzat sends your question to the website to search published product, service and company information. The current assistant does not send questions to an external AI service or save a conversation history in the site's database. Questions may still contain personal information if you type it, so keep them focused on products or services.

If you choose a WhatsApp link, its prepared message may include your question or selected product details. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy terms; messages you send to our team are also used to respond to your enquiry.

5. Browser storage and technical information

The website uses browser storage to remember product quotation lists and cart information. It also uses a temporary request identifier to help avoid duplicate submissions. Clearing site storage removes these saved choices from your browser; it does not delete a request already submitted to the company.

Website requests contain technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Hosting systems may record request information for operation, troubleshooting and security. The current website has no configured advertising or analytics trackers. If those tools are introduced, this notice and the choices offered to visitors need to reflect that change.

6. Access and sharing

Staff access to website enquiry and order records is limited to authorised roles. Customers may view their own order receipt using its private confirmation link. Service providers that operate the website may handle information on the company's behalf. A supplier, delivery provider or installation partner may need relevant contact, location or specification details to carry out a service you have agreed. The team should explain that involvement when agreeing the work.

Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law. This policy does not give permission to publish your project, photographs or testimonial. Permission for publicity must be agreed separately.

7. Retention and your choices

Enquiry and order records are retained according to their purpose and applicable record-keeping requirements. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured in the current website. You can ask what information is held, request access or correction, and request restriction or deletion where applicable. Legal obligations or an unresolved transaction may limit what can be deleted.

You may object to direct marketing and raise concerns about processing or an automated decision affecting you, subject to applicable law. The current assistant provides guidance; the commercial review is carried out by the team. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing a record.

8. Contact and complaints

Use the Contact the team link below to send a privacy question or request to Ezzat Company Limited. State that it is a privacy request and include the relevant enquiry or order reference if you have one. Share only enough information to identify your request.
